You will be billed every month on the 28th of the month. Pay $39.99 on your subscription. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime.

  • We ship once a month, on the 28th to all subscribers.

  • Any subsequent box will ship by the 28th of each month.

Common Questions

When will my package arrive?

We ship our CURIOSITIES boxes once a month, by the 28th for orders placed by the 24th of the month and for all the current subscribers. We ship via USPS for the US customer and via Canada Post for the Canadian customers.

What if I need to cancel my subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscriber portal ,or just email us at leonardo.ramirez@johnbead.com

Can I skip a month?

Sure. You can manage your account and pause it for a time by logging into your Subscriber portal.

Can I just try one box before committing to an ongoing subscription?

Sure! You can always cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Subscriber portal. Just remember the boxes are limited edition and when you come back may be Sold Out.

What is your refund policy?

You're welcome to cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Subscriber portal or by emailing leonardo.ramirez@johnbead.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle and you will still receive any boxes that you have paid for.

For instance, if your subscription is month-to-month, you'll receive one more box after canceling.
